You gain access to partner-only tools: quotation requests, itinerary and hotel references, exclusive deals, free resources, and quicker coordination with Dong DMC’s operations team — all designed to help you sell Vietnam faster and more confidently.
Partner Commercial & Net-Rate FAQ
Dong DMC operates purely as a B2B DMC on a net-rate model. The FAQ below clarifies how pricing, agreements, and payment terms work for travel agents, tour operators, and MICE planners.
Dong DMC works on a net-rate model for all B2B partners. We provide preferential net pricing and you are free to set your own selling prices and commission structure to your clients.
For this reason, we do not publish standard commission tables. Instead, we offer market-appropriate net rates across:
- Leisure group series (GIT)
- Incentive & MICE programs
- Private luxury FIT
- Special-interest programs (pilgrimage, golf, educational, etc.)
- Hotel + transfer combos
- Day tours and excursions
Partners with higher volume or long-term cooperation may qualify for enhanced net structures based on performance.
The onboarding process is designed to be fast and practical for travel agents and tour operators. To begin, please share the following details:
- Company legal name, address, website, and business license (if applicable)
- Your Vietnam focus (leisure groups, incentive/MICE, luxury, pilgrimage, etc.)
- Primary contact person for sales, quotations, and operations
Once your company profile is confirmed, you will receive:
- A Dong DMC Partner / Reseller Agreement
- Preferential net-rate access for all product categories
- Sample itineraries, proposal templates, and planning resources
- Support from a dedicated market-specialist team
After your first confirmed booking with Dong DMC, your agency becomes fully verified and receives access to the Dong DMC Agent App — including tools, itineraries, product updates, and partner-only resources.
Most partners complete activation within 24–48 hours.
While we work on net pricing, we still apply scaled net advantages by group size. Typical thresholds are:
- 10–14 pax: Standard net rates
- 15–29 pax: Improved group net rates
- 30–39 pax: Large-group advantages
- 40+ pax: Custom high-volume net structure
Incentive and corporate groups may receive additional benefits depending on:
- Hotel category and meeting / event components
- Seasonality and lead time
- Routing across North, Central, and South Vietnam
Your market specialist will advise the best tier based on your pipeline and requested dates.
Yes. Dong DMC maintains a performance-based partner program. Depending on annual results and series commitments, eligible partners may receive:
- Volume-based rebates (quarterly or annual)
- Special net agreements for series or repeating groups
- Support from contracted hotels for key markets
- Co-marketing collaboration or fam support (case by case)
- Priority access to allocation and high-demand inventories
Incentive schemes are reviewed individually, based on total groups, seasonality, and destination mix.
As we operate on net pricing, your margin is built into the selling price you set to your client. Dong DMC issues a net invoice to you as the contracting partner.
Standard financial terms (may vary by season and supplier):
- Deposit: Usually 30–50% upon confirmation
- Balance: Typically 14–21 days before arrival
- Currency: USD or VND (as agreed)
- Payment methods: Bank transfer or approved online gateway
Programs with large hotel, cruise, or event components may require stricter deposit schedules in line with supplier policies. Our team will always specify exact terms in your quotation and pro forma invoice.
