What is live today, how the AI works, what stays on email, and how partners get verified.
I've been booking through email and WhatsApp. Is that data in the app?
Yes. The app pulls data directly from our self-built CRM and project management platform. Every inquiry, booking and project you have worked on with us, whether it came in over email or WhatsApp, is already recorded by the team, and the app syncs in real time. Download the app, log in, and you will see your full history immediately. No data entry, nothing to import.
What's actually live in the app today?
Five parts are live: (1) browse and book ready packages with online payment, (2) submit group inquiries by pasting the brief, (3) review priced proposal options in the app and accept, (4) accepted inquiries become live projects with an assigned specialist and a unique LC code, (5) live visibility on running groups: arrival, check-in and guide updates during delivery. Conversation between your team and ours continues over email or WhatsApp as before.
Is the proposal AI-generated?
The structure is. AI reads your client's brief, drafts the itinerary structure, maps suppliers and suggests pricing. Your specialist then reviews everything, including supplier availability, seasonality and special requirements, and confirms before sending. You never receive unreviewed AI output.
Do I have to use the app for everything?
No. Email and WhatsApp continue with your specialist exactly as before. The app adds structure for the moments where structure helps: submitting an inquiry, comparing priced options, accepting a proposal and tracking your tier.
How does tier pricing work?
There are four tiers: Partner, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Silver starts once your first program is completed and fully paid; higher tiers follow what you deliver with us. Your tier rate is applied automatically to packages and proposals and shown in the app. The rate for each tier is set out in your partner agreement.
How do I get verified to access the app?
Submit your first inquiry. Verification happens during proposal preparation: no application form, no waiting list. We check your company profile and booking history, or review manually. Most verified partners get app access within 48 hours of their first inquiry.
Net rates or commission?
Net. You see partner net rates in the app, with your tier applied automatically. You set your own selling price and margin to your client. Costing files with line-item rates can be downloaded for any custom proposal.
What about payment terms?
Ready packages are paid in full at booking, by card through Onepay or by bank transfer. Group programs take a deposit on confirmation and the balance before arrival, with terms stated in each quotation. Card payments carry a processing fee shown at checkout; bank transfer has no fee and needs the payment slip uploaded in the app.
Does the voucher show your brand or mine?
Yours. Vouchers, itineraries and confirmation PDFs carry your brand, and Dong DMC stays invisible to your client. We operate the program; you sell the trip. Dong DMC is sold through partners and does not market to your travellers.
