Indochina & Southeast Asia DMC
One operational partner for group, incentive, MICE, and luxury programs across Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and the Philippines. Unified contracting, single point of contact, consistent delivery standards across every border.
What Indochina DMC Means for Travel Professionals
Indochina refers to the mainland Southeast Asia corridor — historically Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos — and, in modern travel trade usage, extended to include Thailand as the dominant regional gateway. An Indochina DMC is a destination management company that can contract, quote, and operate across these borders under one coordinated team rather than handing off between unaffiliated local agencies.
For travel agents, tour operators, and MICE planners, the difference matters on three fronts: quoting speed (one proposal instead of three), accountability (one ops lead for the full program), and risk containment (one supplier governance framework across every border crossing).
Dong DMC operates the full Indochina corridor plus the Philippines, with Vietnam as the operational base and regional delivery coordinated through a single contracting and operations system.
Indochina Routing — How Programs Fit Together
Most Indochina programs follow one of four patterns. Choosing the right structure upfront protects your margin, your pacing, and your client experience.
Vietnam & Cambodia Classic
8–15 days · Leisure, premium FIT, incentive extensions
Hanoi → Halong → Hoi An → Ho Chi Minh → Siem Reap (Angkor Wat). The most-requested Indochina route. Usually operated with one flight segment SGN–REP.
Decision point: include Phnom Penh or fly direct to Siem Reap.
Tri-Cities Incentive
6–8 days · Incentive, MICE extension
Ho Chi Minh City → Phnom Penh → Siem Reap → Bangkok. Compressed regional reward programs. Short flight segments, high content density, gala slot in one city.
Decision point: gala in Bangkok (production depth) or Siem Reap (cultural backdrop).
Mekong Corridor
10–14 days · Special interest, cultural, river cruise
Luang Prabang → Vientiane → northern Vietnam, or Ho Chi Minh City → Mekong Delta → Phnom Penh → Siem Reap by river cruise. Slower pacing, cultural depth, fewer flights.
Decision point: upstream (CAM to LAO) or downstream routing.
Grand Indochina
21–38 days · Long-haul leisure, repeat-client programs
Full four-country circuit: Vietnam + Laos + Cambodia + Thailand. Typically series departures for European, ANZ, and North American markets booking 6–12 months out.
Decision point: single group pacing vs. staged handovers.
