How a Program Runs With Us
The steps every file follows, and the response times we hold ourselves to.
Step 01
Send the brief
Use the program brief form, email or WhatsApp. Every inquiry is acknowledged immediately, around the clock.
Step 02
A named specialist replies
A named specialist responds within 60 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT+7), with priority for MICE and incentive requests.
Step 03
Priced options
Qualifying Partner App requests receive priced options in under one hour on average within business hours. MICE and incentive programs are quoted to a deadline stated at acknowledgement.
Step 04
Feasibility before price
Routing, timing and hotel logic are checked before final pricing. Assumptions, inclusions and constraints are written down so both sides work from the same file.
Step 05
Confirmation
You receive a net invoice in USD or VND. Deposit and balance dates are stated in the quotation and pro forma invoice.
Step 06
Delivery and review
The operations team runs the program on the ground, with the 24/7 ops hotline open. When conditions change we tell you early and offer practical options. A post-program review closes the file.
