Does Dong DMC work with Nordic, Dutch and Belgian tour operators and agencies?
Yes. The Nordics and Benelux desk works with tour operators, travel agencies, group organisers and incentive houses in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. We work with your team, never with your clients, and we do not sell to consumers.
Do Nordic, Dutch and Belgian citizens need a visa for Vietnam?
No, for stays up to 45 days. Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish citizens are visa-exempt to 14 March 2028. Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg citizens are visa-exempt to 14 August 2028 under Resolution 229/NQ-CP. Icelandic citizens apply for an e-visa online.
Is there a nonstop flight from the Nordics or Benelux to Vietnam?
Yes. Vietnam Airlines flies nonstop Copenhagen–Hanoi and, since 16 June 2026, Amsterdam–Hanoi three times a week on an Airbus A350. Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki and Brussels connect through Copenhagen or Amsterdam, or one stop via Doha, Istanbul, Bangkok or Singapore.
What can you supply for our supplier assessment?
International Tour Operator Licence 79-168/TCDL-GPLHQT, insurance documentation, our published sustainable tourism policy, supplier standards and operating records, supplied as one pack. Programmes are contracted and invoiced by Dong Thi Co., Ltd, operating since 2008.
Can our own tour leader lead the group?
Yes. Your tour leader leads and our local guides, drivers and ops team work to them, with a 24/7 hotline for the duration. If you do not send a tour leader, our English-speaking guide leads the group under your brand.
How do you handle the time difference?
Vietnam is six hours ahead of Central European time in winter and five in summer. A brief sent before 12:00 your time lands inside our working day, and priority requests receive a first response within 60 minutes during business hours.
Do you work on net or commission rates?
B2B net rates only. You control your selling price and margin. Dong DMC issues a net invoice with itemised inclusions, deposit on confirmation and balance before arrival. No commission-based pricing.
Will your team ever contact my client directly?
No. White-label is how we operate. Your agency stays client-facing. Dong DMC handles the logistics without client-facing visibility, and your brand appears on vouchers, welcome boards and guide introductions.
Can you run Vietnam and Cambodia under one contract?
Yes. Phnom Penh and Siem Reap extensions are handled by the same team: visa handling, the Mekong or air crossing, guide handover and a single escalation contact across both countries.
