A Vietnam entry guide for your clients, in your agency's brand.
Choose your travellers' passports, add your logo and contact line, and receive a one- to two-page PDF by email. It states the entry rule for each passport, how to get there and the time difference. Your agency's name is the only one on it, ready to forward to clients.
Three fields, one PDF in your brand.
Built for agents who answer the same question before every departure: does my client need a visa for Vietnam.
- Choose the passportsUp to three nationalities in one guide. A mixed group gets one file covering each rule.
- Add your agency detailsCompany name, logo and the contact line your clients should use. Without a logo, the guide prints your company name in text.
- Receive the PDF by emailSent to your work email, usually within a few minutes. Forward it as it is, or attach it to your own travel documents.
Up to three guides per email address per day. Partner app accounts have a higher daily limit. Entry rules can change; the check date is printed on every guide.

What your clients receive.
The same facts Dong DMC operations maintain on the trade facts page, written for a traveller and printed under your name.
Entry rule
Visa-free days and the legal basis, with the end date where a resolution has one, or the e-visa terms: up to 90 days, USD 25 single or USD 50 multiple entry, about three working days.
Getting there
Gateway cities with scheduled nonstop service and the airlines that fly them, plus the time difference between Vietnam and your clients' home.
Phu Quoc and mixed groups
The 30-day Phu Quoc exemption for direct arrivals, and a note for groups that travel on more than one passport, where some members may need an e-visa and others not.
Footer of every guide: the date the rules were checked, a reminder that entry rules can change, and your agency's contact line.
About the Vietnam Visa Brief.
Will my clients see Dong DMC on the guide?
No. The PDF shows your logo, your agency name and your contact line. The file name, the document properties and the content do not name Dong DMC or link to our website. The email that delivers the guide to you comes from Dong DMC; the attachment is yours to forward.
Where do the entry rules come from?
From the Vietnam entry and flight facts page that Dong DMC operations maintain from official Vietnamese sources: government resolutions, the ASEAN exemption schedule and Immigration Department notices. The table is checked monthly and on the day a rule changes. Each guide prints the date of the last check.
Which passports are covered?
Fifty-one passports, covering the source markets on the trade facts page. If a passport you need is not in the list, check the trade facts page or send the question to office@dongdmc.com.
Does the guide cover passport validity, documents or business visas?
No. The guide covers entry for ordinary passports on tourist travel through international checkpoints. Passport validity, documents for minors, business visas and diplomatic passports are confirmed with your programme at quotation.
Is there a limit on how many guides I can create?
Up to three guides per email address per day. Partner app accounts have a higher daily limit for agencies preparing guides for several departures.
What do you do with my details?
We use your company name and work email to send the guide and to record that your agency requested it. If you tick the box on the form, we also send you a short note when an entry rule changes for the passports you chose. We do not contact your clients.
