From 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2028, citizens of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia enter Vietnam without a visa for stays up to 45 days, under Resolution 229/NQ-CP. From 31 March 2027, LOT Polish Airlines flies Warsaw to Hanoi nonstop three times a week on a Boeing 787, a little over ten hours. Until then, one-stop connections through Istanbul, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt and Munich remain the working routes.
Two barriers that kept Vietnam off Central European brochures, visa paperwork and long connections, are going away in the same window. Operators who have a Vietnam programme ready for the 2027 season will sell into it first.

Which Central European citizens can enter Vietnam without a visa?
From 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2028, citizens of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia enter visa-free for stays up to 45 days under Resolution 229/NQ-CP. Austrian, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian citizens apply for an e-visa online with 90-day validity.
Is there a nonstop flight from Central Europe to Vietnam?
From 31 March 2027, LOT Polish Airlines flies Warsaw to Hanoi nonstop three times a week on a Boeing 787, about ten and a half hours. Until then the working routes are one stop via Istanbul, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt or Munich. Vietnam Airlines flies nonstop from Frankfurt and Munich.
Can you provide guides in our language?
English-speaking guides are standard and German-speaking guides are available for Austrian, Czech, Slovenian and mixed groups. Polish, Czech, Hungarian and Romanian-speaking guides are arranged on request and depend on notice and season; tell us at the brief stage. Many operators send their own tour leader and use our English-speaking guide alongside.
Can you price to our market's catalogue point?
Yes. Net rates with itemised inclusions let you build the programme to a price point: 4-star or 5-star hotel set, meal plan, private or coach transport, domestic flight or overnight train. We quote two hotel sets when the brief allows, so your product team can choose.
How do you handle the time difference?
Vietnam is six hours ahead of Central Europe in winter and five in summer. A brief sent before 12:00 your time lands inside our working day, and priority requests receive a first response within 60 minutes during business hours.
Do you work on net or commission rates?
B2B net rates only. You control your selling price and margin. Dong DMC issues a net invoice with itemised inclusions, deposit on confirmation and balance before arrival. No commission-based pricing.
Will your team ever contact my client directly?
