Dong DMC runs the Vietnam land arrangements behind tour operators and agencies from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and the Baltics: routing, hotels, guides, transport and on-the-ground delivery, costed at net rates and delivered under your brand.
B2B only. White-label delivery. Net rates with itemised inclusions. Eight Central European passports now enter Vietnam visa-free for 45 days, and LOT opens Warsaw–Hanoi nonstop in March 2027. Vietnam is five to six hours ahead of Central Europe, so a morning brief is answered the same working day.
From 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2028, citizens of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia enter Vietnam without a visa for stays up to 45 days, under Resolution 229/NQ-CP. From 31 March 2027, LOT Polish Airlines flies Warsaw to Hanoi nonstop three times a week on a Boeing 787, a little over ten hours. Until then, one-stop connections through Istanbul, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt and Munich remain the working routes.
Two barriers that kept Vietnam off Central European brochures, visa paperwork and long connections, are going away in the same window. Operators who have a Vietnam programme ready for the 2027 season will sell into it first.
Dates, group size, hotel level, guide language, meals, single supplements. A catalogue page from last season is enough to start.
Hotels, transport, guides, meals, entrances and domestic flights listed line by line, with rate validity and FOC stated on the quotation.
Send your own tour leader and our guides and ops team work to them. Or our English-speaking or German-speaking guide leads the group under your brand.
24/7 ops hotline during the departure. Arrival, check-in and guide updates visible in the partner app from any European office.
One row per country. Visa rules as published by the Vietnamese government for ordinary passports, valid at the date on this page. Connections are the routes we see used most; airlines and frequencies change, so we confirm at quotation.

Not demand. Three practical blockers, two of which are now gone.
Until August 2025 every client needed a visa. For a 30-pax series that was 30 applications per departure. Eight markets are now visa-free for 45 days.
Two stops and 20 hours made Vietnam lose to Thailand on the shelf. One-stop Gulf and Istanbul routes, Vietnam Airlines from Frankfurt and Munich, and LOT from Warsaw in 2027 change the arithmetic.
Central European brochures sell at a different price point from Western Europe. A DMC quoting Western European rates does not fit the page. Net rates with itemised inclusions let you build the programme to your market.
The operator contacts your client, or the on-the-ground experience feels disconnected from your catalogue. Dong DMC never contacts your client and never sells to consumers.
The window is 2026 to 2028: visa-free entry runs to August 2028, and the Warsaw nonstop starts in March 2027. Programmes ready for the 2027 catalogue sell into both.
Season or dates, group size, hotel level, guide language, price point per person you need to hit, beach finish or not.
Routing, domestic sectors, Halong timing and service assumptions reviewed. The result reads like a catalogue itinerary at your price point, not a supplier list.
Hotels, transport, meals, guides and special requirements locked to what your product team approved. Net rates confirmed with validity, FOC and payment terms stated.
Your tour leader or our guide leads under your brand. Our ops team runs behind with a 24/7 hotline for the duration.
Starting points, costed at net for your dates, hotel level and guide language.
The shape that fits a first Vietnam page in a catalogue: one country, three regions, one domestic flight, no repacking for four nights in Hoi An.
Nine nights of exploration, then five on the beach before the long flight home. The finish Romanian, Polish and Hungarian groups ask for most.
The classic with Angkor added. One quotation, one invoice, one escalation contact across both countries. Cambodia visa on arrival or e-visa handled by the same team.
The Dong DMC partner app is your live window into delivery: arrival and check-in, where the group is now, and guide updates pushed straight to you, so your operations desk in Warsaw, Prague or Budapest has an answer before the client's family calls. Quoting and booking live in the same app.
Day trips, transfers and set programmes at your tier price. Browse, pay online, done.
Paste your client's email or catalogue brief; the system extracts it. Specialist-reviewed Recommended, Alternative and Premium options return in-app.
Tap accept, pay the deposit, and the proposal becomes a project with an assigned specialist and a unique LC code.
Loyalty pricing shows on every package. Repeat partners save 3% to 10% with priority response.

For tour operators, travel agencies, group organisers and incentive houses in Central and Eastern Europe requesting Vietnam or Indochina programme support.
These pages explain how Vietnam programmes work operationally, what they cost at net, and how to evaluate a ground operator before you put a page in the catalogue.
Yes. The Central and Eastern Europe desk works with tour operators, travel agencies, group organisers and incentive houses across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and the Baltic states. We work with your team, never with your clients.
From 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2028, citizens of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia enter visa-free for stays up to 45 days under Resolution 229/NQ-CP. Austrian, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian citizens apply for an e-visa online with 90-day validity.
From 31 March 2027, LOT Polish Airlines flies Warsaw to Hanoi nonstop three times a week on a Boeing 787, about ten and a half hours. Until then the working routes are one stop via Istanbul, Doha, Dubai, Frankfurt or Munich. Vietnam Airlines flies nonstop from Frankfurt and Munich.
English-speaking guides are standard and German-speaking guides are available for Austrian, Czech, Slovenian and mixed groups. Polish, Czech, Hungarian and Romanian-speaking guides are arranged on request and depend on notice and season; tell us at the brief stage. Many operators send their own tour leader and use our English-speaking guide alongside.
Yes. Net rates with itemised inclusions let you build the programme to a price point: 4-star or 5-star hotel set, meal plan, private or coach transport, domestic flight or overnight train. We quote two hotel sets when the brief allows, so your product team can choose.
Vietnam is six hours ahead of Central Europe in winter and five in summer. A brief sent before 12:00 your time lands inside our working day, and priority requests receive a first response within 60 minutes during business hours.
B2B net rates only. You control your selling price and margin. Dong DMC issues a net invoice with itemised inclusions, deposit on confirmation and balance before arrival. No commission-based pricing.
No. White-label is how we operate. Your agency stays client-facing. Dong DMC handles the logistics without client-facing visibility, and your brand appears on vouchers, welcome boards and guide introductions.
Yes. Siem Reap and Angkor extensions are handled by the same team: visa handling, the air or Mekong crossing, guide handover and a single escalation contact across both countries.
Send your season or a client brief and we will return a workable, brand-safe, net-costed programme built to your market's price point, ready for the 2027 catalogue.
