About the Program Brief.

What happens after I send the brief?

You receive the brief as a PDF by email within a few minutes. The specialist for your market replies within 4 business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Vietnam time) and prepares priced options from the brief.

Will my client see Dong DMC on the brief?

No. The PDF carries your logo, agency name and contact line only, including in the file name and document properties. You can forward it to your client as it is.

Do I need exact dates and numbers?

A start date, the number of nights and the number of adults are enough to start. Tick "dates are flexible" if they may move. Missing details appear as open points on the brief.

Which destinations can I include?

North, Central and South Vietnam and Phu Quoc, operated directly, with Cambodia. Thailand and the Philippines are delivered through vetted local partners within the same contract.
