The brief was specific: the client needed genuine team bonding time (not just sightseeing), a polished awards night that made leadership look good, and recap footage their HR department could use internally afterward. Dong DMC delivered a smooth, brand-protected program across Hoi An and Da Nang — welcome dinner, beach team activities, and an awards night — with three curated gala concepts giving the partner flexible options aligned to brand and budget.

What the Client Needed

Reward programs are judged on outcomes the client can feel and reuse — not on whether the coach ran on time. Three objectives shaped this program:

• Real bonding time, not a packed itinerary. The client wanted unstructured connection between teams — beach activities and shared meals paced with breathing room, rather than a back-to-back sightseeing schedule.
