How We Delivered It

1) Brand-Protected Operations
All signage, backdrops, uniforms and guest-facing items were partner-branded. Dong DMC stayed backstage, ensuring the agency’s presence remained front and center.

2) AV, Stage & Flow Control
Technical run-throughs, cue sheets, and rehearsal blocks were managed with the MC, band/DJ, and hotel banquets team to guarantee timing and audio reliability.

3) Logistics & Guest Care
Airport meet-and-assist, reserved coaches, water/snacks, venue wayfinding, and a dedicated ops desk at the hotel for ad-hoc requests.
