Are the translations checked?
They are written in plain Vietnamese for kitchen use, naming the ingredients to avoid. For severe allergies, confirm with each restaurant in advance and make sure travellers carry their own medication.
Will my clients see Dong DMC on the sheet?
No. The PDF carries your logo, agency name and contact line only.
Which requirements are covered?
Halal, no pork, vegetarian with or without eggs, vegan, Jain, gluten-free, and allergies to nuts and peanuts, shellfish, fish and seafood, dairy and eggs. Other needs can be added in a free-text field.
Do I need to give travellers' names?
No. Enter how many travellers have each requirement. Names stay with you.
