Which travellers in your group need an e-visa, and by when.

Do you need my travellers' names or passport numbers?

No. The checklist only needs nationalities and how many travellers hold each one. Passport details stay with you.

How are the application dates calculated?

Recommended: 20 working days before arrival. Latest: 3 working days before arrival, the standard e-visa processing time. Working days exclude weekends; allow extra time around Vietnamese public holidays such as Tet.

Will my clients see Dong DMC on the checklist?

No. The PDF carries your logo, agency name and contact line only.

From the Vietnam entry and flight facts page maintained by Dong DMC operations from official Vietnamese sources and checked monthly.
