2/ Payment Policy:
- A 50% deposit is required by the deadline date. Please note that we are not liable for any additional charges or cancellation of services caused by delays in your deposit.
- Full payment is required at least 15 days before the arrival date.

- All unused tour services can be refunded only when applied in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- In case of COVID treatment or force majeure, we need the certificate. Based on the local suppliers’ policy, we will try our best to minimize the charges. We will advise you accordingly case by case.
