1. Arrival at Da Nang International Airport
Upon landing at Da Nang International Airport, proceed through immigration and collect your luggage.
After exiting the baggage claim area, our professional driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name.
2. Greeting and Assistance
Our driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle.
The driver communicates well in English and will ensure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the transfer.
3. Departure from the Airport
Once you are settled in the vehicle, the driver will depart from the airport, heading towards your hotel in the city center or My Khe Beach area.
The drive typically takes 15–25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your hotel’s location.
4. En Route
Relax in the comfort of our premium vehicle, equipped with air conditioning and complimentary bottled water.
The driver may share brief insights about Da Nang’s culture, local cuisine, and attractions such as the Dragon Bridge, Marble Mountains, and Son Tra Peninsula.
5. Arrival at Your Hotel
Upon arrival at your hotel, the driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure you are safely checked in.
If you have further questions about sightseeing, dining, or day tours, feel free to ask the driver before they depart.
6. Farewell
After confirming everything is in order, the driver will bid you farewell, leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay in Da Nang — the vibrant coastal city and gateway to Hoi An and Hue.

Our price of the tour does not include travel insurance. We highly recommend you purchase health/travel insurance for your trip to Asia.
Note on transfer
Our price based on the group arrives at one time (one flight). In case, clients have scattered arrival, and need different airport transfer, extra transfer fees will be charged. We apply the same policy for departure date.

Child policy (for land service)
- Child from 1- 4 yrs: free of charge (sharing bed with parents or using baby cot)
- Child from 5 – 6 yrs: 50% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
- Child from 7 – 11 yrs: 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
- Child from 12 yrs up: adult price applied
- If the child is under 12 yrs but using twin share room with an adult, the child will be charged as an
adult.
Passport & Tourist Visa
- Please ensure that you have a valid passport with at least 06 months of validity and 03 empty pages
from the entry date for all the countries on your trip.
- Some countries require blank pages for entry stamps, so please make sure the passports of clients have
a blank page per country.
- Make sure you have a visa/ or E-visa/ or “Visa on arrival approval letter” for the country you visit
(Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia/Myanmar/Thailand) and verify that all information on the visa matches
exactly with your passport before embarking on your trip.
- The average time to obtain a visa to a country is approximately 7 to 10 working days. If you wish to
benefit from the “Visa service” offered by DMC Connect, and avoid the administrative procedures, this
service is chargeable, and the deadline is approximately 10 – 15 working days, before the departure
date.

Tips below are quoted in U.S. dollars. However, tips can be paid in local currency or in other popular currency.
- Local guide : USD 03 – 05/ guest/ day
- Local driver : USD 02 – 03/ guest/ day
- Hotel’s Bellboy : USD 01/ room/ time (in or out)
- Boat driver/ boat rower : USD 01/ pax

Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking with Dong Thi Co. LTD, please notify us in writing (by mail or e-mail). The following charges will apply:
- For cancellations received 61+ days before departure: loss of deposit.
- For cancellations received 60-31 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be lost.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure: the full tour cost will be lost.
No cancellation fees will be waived as a result of the following:
- Injury or sickness.
- Unexpected incidences at home.
- Delayed, rescheduled, or missed flights.
- Climatic, social, or political problems.
Cancellations by Dong Thi Co. LTD
Dong Thi Co. LTD may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events, it becomes difficult or unsafe to run the tour. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternative start date. In circumstances where cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be given less any unrecoverable expenses such as domestic flights already booked by Dong Thi Co. LTD. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.
There could be times when we do not meet the minimum passenger numbers to run the tour. If this occurs, Dong Thi Co. LTD will notify customers as far in advance of departure as possible. We will give each passenger the option to transfer their booking to another available departure date. If you are unable to join another tour, you will be fully refunded. If this occurs, you shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances. This includes but is not limited to non-refundable flights and future flight disruption.
