Vietnam Michelin Key Circuit 12 Days is a private north-to-south journey where every night is spent at a hotel recognised in the MICHELIN Keys selection: Capella Hanoi, Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat in Ninh Binh, Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai near Hoi An, Amanoi in Nui Chua National Park, and Park Hyatt Saigon.
Paced for slow travel. One unhurried outing a day, usually in the cooler morning, then back at the hotel by early afternoon for the pool, spa or afternoon tea. Private car and guide throughout, and three nights in most places so guests are not packing every morning.
Best for: couples and small private groups from the US, the UK and Australia who want two weeks or less and judge a trip by its hotels. Each hotel's Key status is shown with its year below the itinerary.
Meet and greet at Noi Bai International Airport and private transfer to Capella Hanoi, a 47-room hotel in the French Quarter designed by Bill Bensley around Hanoi's opera heritage. Time to rest after the flight.
Late afternoon, a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Dinner at a MICHELIN Guide restaurant in Hanoi (confirmed at quotation).
Overnight: Capella Hanoi.
A slow breakfast, then a private morning walk through the Old Quarter and a visit to the Temple of Literature before the midday heat.
Back at the hotel by early afternoon for the pool, spa or afternoon tea. Evening at leisure.

Choose one half-day craft visit: Van Phuc Silk Village or Bat Trang Ceramics Village, with time to watch the makers at work.
Afternoon free at the hotel or for a private shopping walk in the French Quarter.

Morning drive to Ninh Binh. Lunch, then a rowing-boat trip through the limestone caves and rice fields of Trang An at an easy pace.

A quiet morning, then private transfer to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Da Nang. Transfer to Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, a resort of 100 villas on a private beach between Da Nang and Hoi An.
Afternoon by the pool or on the beach.
Overnight: Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai.
An early walk through Hoi An Old Town and the market while the streets are quiet, about 15 minutes from the resort.
Back at the resort for lunch and a free afternoon.

A Vietnamese cooking class at the resort's cooking academy, with lunch from the dishes you prepare. Optional visit to Thanh Ha Pottery Village, 10 minutes from the old town.
Afternoon on the beach.

Domestic flight to Cam Ranh, then a 75-minute drive to Amanoi, a resort of 36 pavilions and residences in Nui Chua National Park above Vinh Hy Bay. Amanoi holds Three MICHELIN Keys (2025 and 2026).
Evening at the resort.

A guided morning walk in the national park or time at the beach club, then an afternoon without a schedule.

A day for the Aman Spa or simply the pool and bay views. Spa treatments are booked in advance and charged separately; immersion programs need 48 hours' notice.

Transfer to Cam Ranh Airport and flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Check in at Park Hyatt Saigon, near the Opera House in District 1, recognised with One MICHELIN Key (2025 and 2026).
Evening at leisure or a farewell dinner (confirmed at quotation).

Breakfast and private transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
MICHELIN Keys are listed by year. The first Vietnam selection was announced on 8 October 2025; the 2026 selection on 18 September 2026. Final hotels are confirmed with availability at quotation. If a hotel is full, Dong DMC proposes another MICHELIN Key property and states its Key year.
