Hanoi, Ha Long & Hoi An Incentive 7D6N is a group program for European incentive and reward trips: Hanoi's heritage quarter, one night on Ha Long Bay, and three nights in Hoi An, staying in the old town area rather than the Da Nang strip.
- Group pace: one main group activity a day, with free time built in and a gala dinner to close the program.

- Team moments: an Old Quarter discovery challenge, a lantern-making workshop and a cooking class on the cruise.

Meet and greet at Noi Bai International Airport and private coach transfer to the hotel. Time to rest after the flight.
Welcome dinner at a selected Vietnamese restaurant in the Old Quarter.
Overnight: selected 4–5 star hotel in Hanoi.
Morning at the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, and Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake.
After lunch, the group splits into teams for an Old Quarter discovery challenge on foot and by cyclo, ending with egg coffee by Hoan Kiem Lake.
Evening: water puppet show, then dinner.
Overnight: selected 4–5 star hotel in Hanoi.
Coach transfer to Ha Long Bay (about 2.5 hours on the expressway). Board a Paradise cruise: lunch while cruising among the limestone karsts, a cave visit or kayaking, and a cooking class on the sundeck. Dinner on board.
Weather note: the bay authority may reroute or suspend cruises when storms arise. In that case the night moves to a 5-star hotel in Ha Long.
Overnight: Paradise cruise.
Tai chi on the sundeck, brunch and disembark around 11:00. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Da Nang, then coach to Hoi An.
Dinner at the resort.
Overnight: selected 4–5 star resort in Hoi An.
Morning walk through Hoi An Old Town with a local guide: the Japanese Covered Bridge, an assembly hall and a merchant house.
Team lantern-making workshop, then lunch. Afternoon at leisure by the pool or beach; evening free in town.
Overnight: selected 4–5 star resort in Hoi An.
Choose one morning: My Son Sanctuary, the Cham temple site, or cycling through Tra Que herb village and Cam Thanh coconut forest with a basket-boat ride.
Afternoon at leisure. Evening farewell gala dinner by the river or on the beach, with live music and an awards moment for the group.

Breakfast and coach transfer to Da Nang International Airport.
