Intro

Ha Long Bay Luxury Cruise is a 4-day, 3-night program: Hanoi at an easy pace and one night on a Paradise cruise.

Paced for slow travel. One unhurried outing a day, usually in the cooler morning, then back at the hotel by early afternoon for the pool, spa or afternoon tea. Late starts, private car and guide throughout, and time built in for coffee and conversation.

Best for: small groups on a first visit who want Hanoi and one night on a Paradise cruise, easy to add to any Asia itinerary.

Hotels: Hanoi: Capella Hanoi or Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. Ha Long Bay: a Paradise cruise suite. Final hotels are confirmed with availability at quotation.

Itineraries

Private transfer and check-in, time to rest. Late afternoon: Hoan Kiem Lake and an Old Quarter coffee. Dinner at a selected restaurant.

Overnight: Capella Hanoi or Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.

Late-morning transfer to the pier. Board a Paradise cruise: lunch while cruising, one activity (cave or kayak), tea on the sundeck, a cooking demonstration and dinner on board.

Weather note: the bay authority may reroute or suspend cruises when storms arise. In that case the night moves to a 5-star hotel in Ha Long.

Overnight: Paradise cruise suite.

Tai chi on the sundeck, brunch and disembark. Back in Hanoi, a short visit to the Temple of Literature, then an afternoon at the hotel. Farewell dinner.

Overnight: Capella Hanoi or Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.

Breakfast and private transfer to Noi Bai International Airport.
