Tour Leader Reports: Groups of 2 to 44 Guests

We run programs for two guests and for groups of more than forty. Every one of them ends with the same one-page Final Tour Report, completed by the tour leader or group organiser and scoring the guide, vehicles, drivers, hotels, meals and sightseeing. The report goes to the tour leader, not to guests. Guests meet the program under the partner's name: arrival signage is prepared with the partner, and our guides introduce themselves as part of the partner's team.

Below are eight reports from 2024 and 2025, ordered from the smallest group to the largest and photographed as they were returned. Names, signatures and agency names are blurred. What the reports say across group sizes

In the small groups, the comments name one guide. In the 28-guest group, the tour leader writes about the guide and the drivers together. Not every score is Excellent: on the two-guest Hanoi and Ha Long report the hotel was marked Good and food and sightseeing Very Good, and on the 28-guest report some guide and hotel items were marked Very Good.

These reports stay between us and the tour leader. Guests travel under the partner's name from arrival to departure.
