How We Delivered It

1) Peak-Season Control
During high-traffic December/January arrivals, Dong DMC deployed multiple welcome teams at Noi Bai Airport to ensure each group received fast greeting, luggage support and coach dispatch.

2) Transit Snacks & Water
Guests often arrive hungry after flights. We prepared cold bottled water and snack packs for a comfortable transfer while traveling between Hanoi and Ha Long.

3) Halong Bay Charter – One Big Boat
